With over a decade of experience, we at Wimmer Community Association Management have seen the needs and challenges that often arise with association management, and how to best handle those needs.

Each association has its own unique circumstances. One size does not fit all. We feel it is important to be willing to tailor our services to meet the needs of every association. We have hands on real life experience with everything from day to day administrative tasks to consulting with Attorneys on behalf of our associations.

Serving as a volunteer on the board of directors is more often than not a difficult job. We believe you should not have to “manage” your management company.
