DUTIES
INCLUDE

  • Assisting the Board of Directors with all phases of day to day management

  • Provide administrative support services, meeting notices, meeting attendance
  • Budget planning/ preparation, timely financial reports
  • Communication with Board Members and individual owners, field and solve complaints
  • Process requests for architectural changes for review by the Architectural Control Committee
  • Services customized to fit the needs of each individual association

HASSLE-FREE MANAGEMENT

  • We handle community inspections
  • Enforce rules and regulations under direction of the board
  • Budget planning/preparation & financial reports

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

  • Act as the Association’s and Board of Director’s liaison
  • Negotiate with and supervise vendors
  • Oversee communication with Developers, Contractors, Governmental Agencies, and Attorneys
